H.E. Mrs Ramata Bakayoko-Ly received the President of the Université Virtuelle de Côte d'Ivoire

On a mission to Paris, Professor Tiémoman Koné, President of the Université Virtuelle de Côte d'Ivoire (UVCI) paid a courtesy call on Her Excellency Madame Ramata Bakayoko-Ly, Ambassador and Permanent Delegate of Côte d'Ivoire to UNESCO, on Friday March 8, 2024.
They discussed UVCI's possible participation in UNESCO's African Week, scheduled for May 22-24, 2024, whose theme is "Education for Innovation, Development and Culture in Africa."
Discussions also focused on UVCI's support for UNESCO's Ivorian Learning Cities, and the integration of new communication technologies into the lifelong learning program.
Finally, the Ambassador reiterated the Permanent Delegation's thanks to UVCI for hosting the training seminar on UNESCO city networks and programs on January 18, 2024.
